Job Information
The Team Leader is responsible for running a team of 2-5 members. Must be able to communicate with the clients on site. Must be able to effectively communicate with supervisor. Must be able to complete all work orders given to you. Must receive work orders (1-3 a day) and complete daily paperwork accurately. Ability to effectively solve problems is key. Responsible for taking care of truck, trailer, and equipment. Expect hard, physical labor outside.
Must be able to speak English. Bilingual is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; this is a drug-free workplace.
