Jon Kool

Jon Kool joined DTEC in 2024 and has served in a variety of roles. He learned the DTEC way by immersing himself in the various roles to gain industry knowledge and build relationships with the existing team.

He currently splits his time between managing our Operations Team and pursuing new business relationships.  In both cases his approach is based in the foundations he learned playing football growing up. Jon is a competitive and goal oriented person, and his preferred way to win is by developing the people around him and getting everyone across the goal line together.

When you get to know Jon in his Biz Dev role you’ll find that he is a natural networker and wants to help others succeed. Again, collaborative problem solving and being willing tackle challenging projects is a cornerstone of his character.

Jon’s interests include coaching youth sports, playing golf, and following the Detroit Lions from a distance, and the Denver Broncos from closer to home. He is a dedicated family man and is willing to jump in to help wherever he sees a need, whether it is HOAs, his kids’ school, or churches in leadership transitions.
